General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of DARI. MGMT GmbH

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by DARI. MGMT GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider". These services are aimed at influencers who want to generate income with their social media channels.

2. Conclusion of contract

Contracts between the provider and the influencer are concluded through individual agreements that describe in detail the specific services that the provider will provide.

3. Services

The provider offers services that are agreed in the individual agreements.

​

​

4. Terms of payment

The provider issues an invoice for the services provided at the end of each month. This invoice must be paid within seven (7) days of the invoice date.

5. Obligations of the influencer

The influencer undertakes to provide all necessary information and materials required for the provision of the services in a timely manner. Furthermore, the influencer undertakes to comply with all applicable laws and guidelines that apply to the use and operation of his social media channels.

6. Liability

The provider is not liable for the achievement of certain successes in connection with the monetization of the influencer's social media channels. Furthermore, the provider is not liable for damages or losses arising from the use of the services provided, unless these result from intent or gross negligence on the part of the provider.

7. Termination

The contract can be terminated by either party with a notice period agreed in the individual agreements. The right to terminate without notice for good cause remains unaffected.

8. Final provisions

If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision will be replaced by one that comes closest to the original purpose. These terms and conditions are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Australia.
